Most items are available for immediate delivery. However, due to our unique selection and high demand, some items may be temporarily unavailable. If this is the case, you will be notified via the email. We will provide an estimated delivery date. Your order will be processed upon your confirmation.

Delage Jewelers accept all major Credit Cards and bank wires. Note: Bank wiring information available through customer service at 212-719-4070. There may be an approval period for bank wires.

Returns and Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy
Please call us at (212) 719-4070, before returning your purchase.
If for any reason you wish to return your purchase from this Site, we will accept
merchandise in its original condition, within 30 days of the date of delivery.
Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Delage

Once we receive your returned merchandise and it is accepted and approved for return,
your refund or new item will be processed within a few business days.

Please Note:
No returns on the following items:
-Engraved merchandise
-Custom orders
-Items that were sized or altered
-Any damaged or used items
-On purchases made over 30 days

We recommend shipping merchandise for return via USPS registered & insured tracking purposes (call for other options)
Using other over-nite shippers may not provide the necessary insurance to cover your return

Delage does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.
Delage Jewelers offers complimentary standard USPS shipping on all purchases.

Standard Ground: Price accordingly
FedEx 2-Day: $25
FedEx Overnight: $40

We do not ship to international addresses. Shipping charges are non-refundable
Please allow two business days for processing. You should receive your FedEx package within 2-3 days of processing (depending on chosen ship method).

Delage Jewelers cannot be responsible for return merchandise prior to our receipt.
We therefore suggest that you insure all parcels. Refunds appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing periods. Refunds will be issued back to the same card used to make the original purchase.

NY residents are subject to an 8.875% sales tax.
Outside of NY State other states require that you pay a compensating use tax to them
since no sales tax has been collected by Delage Jewelers.

Jewelry Repair
For wedding or engagement rings, we offer complimentary evaluations to make sure all of your stones are secure, and the integrity of the ring is still intact. If a stone is missing or is loose, we are able to provide the necessary services to replace or tighten at a minimal cost. Whatever the repair, we have the ability to mend the situation. We have experts to evaluate all estate diamond jewelry repair work.

Delage Jewelers handles a wide range of jewelry repairs including:
Ring resizing, prong re-tipping or replacement
Stone replacement, re-cutting and re-mounting and polishing
Chain repairs including shortening, lengthening, clasp repair or replacement
Earring repairs, and duplication
Polishing, plating, and cleaning

Pearl Re-stringing
Jewelry repair prices vary, depending on the amount of work that needs to be performed and the cost of the materials involved. When we receive the repair we can provide you with an estimate of cost and time to repair for your approval. If any of our costs will vary drastically from the estimate we gave you, we will contact you before we proceed.

Delage Jewelers is not responsible for:
Breakage of gemstones left for repair
Discoloration of gemstones without authentic documentation prior to servers
Loss of stones or jewelry do to customer negligence
Jewelry or repairs left beyond 30 day
Changes on special orders – All special orders are final sale and not refunds
Refunds on non-special order jewelry beyond 30 days.
Jewelry or repairs that are left over 30 days

It is important to us that you feel comfortable with transactions on our website. For this reason, we want you to fully understand that it is a fully secure website and all of the information you enter is kept completely confidential.

Price Fluctuation
Due to the nature of the precious metals and stones markets prices may  fluctuate to reflect current market prices.

Registration Information
We retain the information you provide when you register with our site, this includes your email address, mailing address and phone number. We utilize industry-standard encrypted technologies when transmitting and receiving customer registration information, and store it in the same manor.

Email Addresses
When visitors give us their email address or send us any form of email correspondence, we retain their email address in our confidential, customer database. We do not share our email lists with third-parties. The only emails that we would send to you would regard products, services or specials that you may be interested in. Mailing Addresses
If you provide a mailing address and request a catalog, you will receive periodic, promotional mailings from us.

Payment Information
